Your Green Apple Niagara Mist wine will pair well with a wide variety of foods including seafood dishes such as grilled tilapia and crab legs with butter. Light salads like arugula or a vegetable-packed pasta are also great accompaniments. For cheese, sample goat cheese or creamy brie.

Pour wine base into your primary fermenter, add yeast and cover loosely for primary fermentation.

Once your wine has undergone primary fermentation, you will siphon into a carboy for the next step - secondary fermentation.

After secondary fermentation and degassing as outlined in your instructions, add the included flavor pack to your batch of Niagara Mist.

Once your wine is fully stabilized and clarified as outlined in your instructions, bottle and cork it for storage. We recommend leaving your bottled wine for 2 weeks to prevent bottle shock (a temporary condition that can cause wine to be muted right after the bottling process).
